1. PREAMBLE
1.1. The public limited company under the corporate name “TOTTIS-BINGO S.A.”, having its registered offices in Gerakas, Attica, at 131–139 Spaton Avenue, VAT No. 998382332, Tax Office FAE Athens (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), in cooperation with the company under the corporate name “ALLBRIGHT ADVERTISING P.C.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Advertising Agency”), having its registered offices in Marousi, 72 Aris Fakinou Street, VAT No. 999290251, Tax Office KEFODE Attica, within the framework of promoting the Koukouroukou products with two selected themes, “SONIC” and “DC”, announces two (2) contests with the indicative names “SONIC” and “DC” (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Contests”).
The Contests shall be conducted electronically via the website www.koukouroukouclub.gr (hereinafter the “Website”), which is maintained by the Organizer.
1.2. The purpose of the Contests is the awarding of gifts to all participants who complete the electronic album, as described below.
1.3. Participation in the Contests implies the full and unconditional acceptance by the participants of these terms, as set out herein.
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
2.1. The right to participate in the Contests is granted to all children, provided that the consent of their parents, legal guardians, or persons exercising parental responsibility has been obtained, as well as to adults over the age of eighteen (18), throughout the duration of each Contest, in accordance with the provisions herein and the additional terms posted or to be posted on the Contest Website, provided that they are permanent residents of Greece or Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”).
2.2. Employees of the Organizer and the Advertising Agency, as well as their spouses and relatives up to the second degree, are excluded from participation in the Contests.
2.3. Participation in each Contest requires internet access using the participant’s own technical means. The Organizer and/or the Advertising Agency bear no liability whatsoever if, due to reasons beyond their control or force majeure (indicatively including technical failures of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, failure to send or receive data due to lack of available space or internet congestion, disconnection from the internet, computer viruses, malicious or unlawful acts or interventions by third parties, fraudulent acts), the submission of participation or entries is delayed or unsuccessful.
2.4. The Winners expressly declare that the information they provide is valid, complete, true, and accurate. The management and processing of such data are governed by the personal data protection terms described below in section 9 and in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. DURATION
3.1. The duration of the “SONIC” Contest is defined as the period from 30 July 2024 at 10:00 (hereinafter the “Contest Commencement”) until 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (hereinafter the “Contest End”).
The duration of the “DC” Contest is defined as the period from 16 January 2026 at 10:00 (Contest Commencement) until 30 June 2027 at 23:59 (Contest End).
4. PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE
A prerequisite for participation in any Contest is lawful registration as a member and maintenance of an active account on the Website (www.koukouroukouclub.gr), by declaring a unique username (real or pseudonym) and password, and acceptance of all Website terms of use.
Subject to sections 2, 3, and 6 herein, during the period from the commencement to the end of each Contest, any Participant may participate by following these steps:
(a) accessing the Website www.koukouroukouclub.gr,
(b) locating the printed unique code on the back of each sticker contained in a 25g Koukouroukou product package marked “SONIC” or “DC”,
(c) entering the unique code in the designated field.
Participants who complete all 54 stickers of the digital “SONIC” or “DC” album will be prompted to complete a form with delivery details for the corresponding gift. Subsequently, they will receive a confirmation email from Koukouroukouclub.gr.
As no product purchase is required to participate, any interested party may receive one (1) unique code per national ID for each Contest, throughout its duration, from the offices of Tottis-Bingo S.A., where random stickers and codes are available.
Alternatively, participants may receive one (1) code by mail by sending a written request to the Advertising Agency at its stated address, marked “For the KOUKOUROUKOU SONIC Contest” or “For the KOUKOUROUKOU DC Contest”, including their full name and address.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Winners are determined automatically upon completion of the 54 stickers of the “SONIC” or “DC” albums, without a draw.
Each Participant may complete up to three (3) digital albums.
For each completed album, one (1) gift will be awarded.
6. INVALIDATION
6.1. Any of the winners, at any stage, may be voided for the following reasons:
a. In the event that the winner does not complete the relevant winner form for the delivery of their prize
b. If it is found that any participant or user of the Website violates or is suspected of attempting to violate the network, system or software thereof.
c. At the absolute discretion of the Organizer, at any time, even without warning, if it is deemed that the participation is in conflict with the provisions of the law or is done in bad faith or abusively or contrary to good faith or fair and commercial ethics, Greek legislation, is done in a manner that contradicts the letter and spirit of the Competitions, circumvents or attempts to circumvent in any way their terms.
6.2. In each of the above cases, the Organizer may cancel the respective participation at any stage of each Competition.
7. COMMUNICATION WITH THE WINNERS
7.1. The Organizer will send each winner an informational e-mail with the sender info@koukouroukouclub.gr to the e-mail address that he/she has declared within one (1) day in order to inform him/her about the procedure for receiving his/her prize from the Hellenic Post Office or from a representative of the Organizer. It is clarified that in the event that a winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded to the guardian upon presentation of a document proving said guardianship.
8. PRIZES
8.1 Each winner will receive four (4) SONIC action figures from P.M.I. or one (1) DC figure depending on the album he/she will complete and for each album he/she will complete. The organizer reserves the right, in the event of exhaustion of the stocks of the specific gifts, to give as a gift other corresponding SONIC figures from P.M.I or another corresponding "DC" figure.
8.2 The Gifts that will be given in the context of each Competition are absolutely specific and personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money nor can their replacement with other products or gifts be requested. The organizer bears no responsibility for the sending and delivery of the Gifts.
8.3 In the event that the gift is sent via ELTA, the procedure to be followed is as follows: In the information that the winner has filled in, ELTA will send a notification for the receipt of the gift from the ELTA store, in the closest distance to the winner's area. Upon receipt of the GIFT from the ELTA store, the winner signs the relevant form, which is also considered proof of receipt of the GIFT.
8.4 If the Winner does not receive his GIFT after two (2) notifications from ELTA, the GIFT is returned to the Organizing Company. For the re-sending of the GIFT, the winner will be charged the shipping costs.
9. LIABILITY
The Organizer's liability is limited exclusively to covering the value of the Gift and its shipping costs, which will be given and in no case does it extend to any other costs associated with its use. At any time and for any reason, the Organizer may replace the gift provided with another of similar value, at its absolute discretion and may also modify the terms of the competition at its discretion. The amended terms will be posted on the website www.koukourouclub.gr. The Organizer and/or the Advertising Agency shall not be held liable, criminally or civilly, to the Participants for any damage caused to them directly or indirectly by the Competitions or the Prize they will receive.
The Organizer and/or the Advertising Agency shall not be liable for any unsuccessful attempts to notify the Winners due to incomplete or incorrect contact details provided.
The Organizer and/or the Advertising Agency shall not be liable if any winner fails, refuses or fails for any reason or shows indifference or negligence in order to claim their prize within 6 months from the date of sending the information email with the instructions.
10. INFORMATION - COMPLAINTS
For any information or complaint regarding the Competitions, any participant or third party may send an e-mail to info@tottis-bingo.gr from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In the context of each Competition, the Organizer will keep a record of the following personal data: (1) of the Participants (a) name, (b) email address, (c) telephone number, as well as of the parents/guardians/parents of minor Participants (a) name and (b) contact details (telephone, email address) of the parent/guardian/parent and (2) of the Winners (name, gift delivery address, telephone and email address). These data will be processed for the purpose of conducting each Competition, as well as for the general use/exploitation of the material that will arise in the context of the Competitions, in accordance with these terms. Personal information is used exclusively for sending the gifts.
The processing of the personal data of the Participants and Winners is based on their explicit consent given during the process of completing the Winner form, which they can freely withdraw at any time by sending a message via the contact form on the website www.koukourouclub.gr.
Recipients of the personal data of the Participants and Winners will in principle only be the duly authorized employees of the Organizer who are responsible for the conduct of each Competition, as well as the duly authorized employees of the Advertising Agency, who are also responsible for the conduct of the Competition and who act on behalf of the Organizer. Furthermore, within the framework of this processing and for the needs of implementing the above purposes, the Organizer and the Advertising Agency may utilize third-party services, such as, for example, IT service providers, to which the absolutely necessary personal data of the Participants and Winners will be disclosed exclusively for the execution of actions related to participation in the Competitions, the conduct of the draws as well as the sending of the Gifts to the Winners, who will have completed the digital album “SONIC” or “DC”.
Exceptionally, the Organizer may disclose the personal data of the Participants and Winners to third parties, including the competent police and prosecutorial authorities, only if there is a relevant obligation to do so by law, or if obliged by virtue of a decision/order of a judicial authority.
The personal data of the Winners will remain and be stored on a secure server within the European Union and will not be transferred to destinations outside the European Union.
The personal data of the Winners will be retained for as long as is strictly necessary for the delivery of their prize and will be destroyed within one (1) year after the completion of each Competition.
The Participants have the rights arising from articles 12 et seq. to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, such as the right of access, i.e. upon their request, on the one hand, to be informed as to whether or not their personal data are being processed and on the other hand to receive further information regarding the processing. In addition, they have the right to request the correction of their inaccurate personal data. Also, if the conditions of the law are met, they have the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing.
Finally, Participants have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifissias, P.C. 115 23, Athens) if they consider that the processing of their personal data is contrary to applicable law.
For further information regarding the processing of their personal data, their above rights as well as the exercise of these, including the withdrawal of their consent, Participants and Winners may contact the Organizer in writing by sending an e-mail to info@aqs.gr.
For the purposes of applicable personal data protection legislation, the Organizer, with its registered office at 131-139 Spaton Avenue, Attica, Greece, is designated as the controller.
The winner of each competition, if requested by the Organizer, agrees by accepting the terms and conditions herein, to provide photographs of himself with the prize, so that they may be used for promotional purposes and posted on relevant websites and social media of the Organizer's choice.
12. OTHER TERMS
12.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify and/or withdraw each Competition or to change the dates of their conduct and/or any other terms thereof, including without limitation the manner in which each Competition is conducted. These changes will be notified to the public via the Website with the effective date of the aforementioned modification and/or withdrawal, etc. on the date of the relevant notification. The Organizer may also interrupt or cancel each Competition without notice for reasons of force majeure or for any reason.
12.2. The Participants do not have or acquire any rights whatsoever over the trademarks, names, indications, emblems and other distinctive signs of the Organizer and/or the Advertising Agency.
12.3. Participation in each Competition implies the express and unreserved acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein and implies the waiver of the Participants from any relevant claim, demand and right against the Organizer and the Advertising Company.
12.4. For any information or complaint regarding the Competitions, any participant or third party may call the Advertising Company at: 210 6196200, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 10:00 to 16:00.
12.5. These terms are governed by and supplemented by Greek law and any dispute related to the Competitions shall be resolved by the competent Courts of Athens.
12.6. These terms and conditions have been posted on the Organizer's Website.
